The business seemed extremely unprofessional. The sign-in sheet was a white piece of paper with nothing on it (would expect the name of the doctor, date, etc on it - not hand written), the doctor did not come into the room herself to remove the needles and ask if there were any follow up questions after the procedure, and I was also told to leave my healthcare insurance information and that they would check if I was eligible and that they would call me and let me know. I'm still waiting for the call a little more then a month later. Not to mention that through this whole experience the room was extremely cold. I would not recommend this location.

Too long of a wait to see the doctor even with an appointment

Unlike other places where I've had acupuncture, this was a true doctor's office. The "treatment room" was an examination room and table. It was cold, not at all relaxing. The doctor never asked to look at my tongue, unlike other acupuncturists. I know examining the tongue in Traditional Chinese Medicine is important and has always been done elsewhere. She did not use heat lamps nor cover me with a blanket. I told her I had achy arms and hands (early carpal tunnel syndrome). Acupuncture always helped me with this. The doctor kept pushing a medical procedure. I could go on but am running out of room. My husband thought she was great but I would not recommend her.
