The beautician moved to another Salon. I was not pleased with the Keratin Treatment. I still had fuzzy hair after the treatment. My hair was still dry and I thought it was a waste of my time & hers.

The keratin treatment was very painful!!
I am not tender headed. But she caused me a lot of pain. It felt like she was ripping my hair out. She started combing my hair out the tangles from the top of my head not the bottom!! There were so many times I wanted to just get up and walk out!! She was not gents lay all with my tangles .

No noticeable difference in hair except the rancid smell that won't go away.
