Your front desk help is horrible. Completely distracted with their cell phones and gossip amongst themselves. My husband walked out not realizing he hadn't paid after his massage. I let the girl know, after my massage an hour later, and I corrected the situation. There were 3 girls sitting up front and not one caught this. Rio is the only reason I'd consider returning.
