I wish the staff had been more interactive when I first joined, they did not show me around or give me a tour, it left me feeling really lost the first few times I came back. I still don't know where the locker rooms are, what to do with my things when I arrive, etc. Everyone is friendly just not forthcoming. Hopefully I will figure it all out as I go and not miss out on anything...

I went in on Sunday 1/5 to the charlotte location and the lady up front was absolutely horrible. Refused to sign me up even though I came in 10 minutes before close. Good facility and I can't speak for the trainers but that front desk was the worst

Very disappointed with their lack of hygiene. Mats and equipment are left without wiping down and sweat is left on floors. You don't get the feeling anyone cares about cleanliness there. Antiseptic wipes, purell and sprays should be in every area and their use should be demanded by staff.
