When I asked how much my facial would cost, my operator responded $150.00, and that's what I tipped on. Yet when I looked at the price list, I had not gotten the 90 minute facial, but the 60 minute one. I have another one scheduled and will not tip so much.

They are very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating and the facilities have exceptional ambience. It is a beautiful place with easy parking.

I expected the microdermarbrasion different to the service they gave to me. According to friends who had microdermabrasion the process and the results are different. The salon offered to me an additional procedure for the additional $100 that I accepted to complete my treatment.

I have had many facials including microdermabrasion. My main complaint was that they advertised the diamond tip microderm and it was not diamond tip I've had it many times & know what it feels like. The esthetician was just sloppy. I went home with greased back hair, pieces of a pink mask stuck to my hair and my shirt (which did't come out in the wash). She kept squeezing my temples over and over, not a good massage. And the heat to open pours was way too hot. I had to ask to have it moved. I am forgiving my second facial included in the price and not going back.
