The one-on-one training was/is very good. Kristina is my trainer and she assist me on a well experienced way, especially with my neck surgery, she knows how to deal with. I'm planning to stay there for a while... I do recommend this studio to everyone.

I love the intro package which gives you individual instruction first to help familiarize you with pilates and the equipment. My instructor was patient as she led me through each exercise on the machines for the first time. I'm looking forward to the rest of my lessons.

My first day. Felt good. Look foward to more. I would recommend investing in the "one on ones" initially to learn the equipment and techniques of Pilates. I Plan to buy the package for group classes next. Only con is that the best value on classes has the shortest expiration date (18 classes that exp in 60 days vs. 12 classes that exp in 90). Would recommend.
