Instructor Laurie is adorable, very encouraging, and fun! All levels would feel comfortable! Fabulous variety of classes, small studio, so wonderfully small classes!

Laurie is great! The surf-set class was awesome! There's no pressure to keep up... anyone at any level of fitness can feel welcome.

Instructor Laurie is an outstanding Health & Fitness professional. Not only is she well-versed on the latest national fitness trends and includes them to her classes, but she is a great, kind, and thoughtful motivator. Since she keeps her classes fairly small, she is particularly careful to make sure each participant is safe and injury-free. Her form is impeccable,her music is the absolute best, making her classes upbeat and go by quickly. Participants of all-age and form are warmly welcomed in her lovely,clean, and high-quality equipment. I will try new classes, but her Booty Bar classes will transform your bodies and strength like no other Barre Class in the greater Seattle. I have tried Pure Barre and Barre 3 classes in different studios in Bellevue, Kirkland, and Mill Creek as well as the Union Method and other Booty Barre classes in Woodinville and Bothel. In my search to the best Barre Class, I also attended classes offered in Ballet schools in the Green Lake area, in the U. District, and in downtown Seattle. Truly, as a woman in her 50's, none is comparable to Laurie's classes. None of the other places will offer you the best prices, and actually can be quite costly with some instructors with poor form and no background in dance.
