KaraRae is great, she customizes your facial to your needs. She is friendly, knowledgeable and does an awesome job. There was not any pressure to buy anything but she helped me find a good moisturizing lotion. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I have really enjoyed my experience at Merle Norman. :)

Kim Barnes was amazing at applying permanent make-up. I have had 2 permanent make-up procedures before, and this is the only one that was not physically painful. She told me it would not hurt, but I did not believe her based on prior experience. She was telling the truth. Also, she was meticulous in her application, and I am so happy with the results! I highly recommend her.

Be prepared to be relaxed and leave with great looking skin. It is fantastic.

I had my perminate eyeliner done. Great experience, Kim was amazing.

Kim did a great job applying permanent eye liner. And no pain at all -- just a little tickle/itch feeling!

The procedure takes two possibly more applications at additional cost, that aren't mentioned. Talked with one person who was going to work with me about extra cost but did not show up on second appointment.

Under new ownership. I beleive the regular prices have gone up considerably. The facilities do not warrant the rise in prcing.
