I was very impressed with Hartman Heating. I had them tune up my air conditioner. The serviceman came right on time and was professional and honest. He gave me a list that identified everything that he did. He then told me about a couple of parts that were showing some wear, but didn't need to be serviced yet.

My experience was very good.The technician was Ian. He is a very knowledgeable young man who was helpful and courteous. I was only having a furnace tuneup but he patiently tried to address another issue while there. Couldn't have been more satisfied.

Very nice employees's. They had to do additional work on our furnace that was only 8 yrs old. We hope they were telling the truth, it cost us an additional $700 based on their finding. They were not high pressure or anything like that. We had a choice of course to do the work or not. You just never know and just hope what companies tell you are true. Really enjoyed their staff!
