It was amazing, and there is so much to do and the trainers know what they are doing so you get a really good workout! Can't wait to go back again!

Coach John is great, he helped me modify what I needed to so that I would not injure myself. The other people are also really gewat. There is not a lot of competition. or feeling like I cannot workout there because I am not thin or beautiful. Everyone was helpful and encouraging. I love it!
