Napa Valley Distillery EXCEEDED my expectations! I knew I was interested in the tasting and tour, but I didn’t expect to learn that much! He kept us engaged and was extremely knowledgeable. I was wowed. The only issue I have is that I don’t live close enough to be a regular customer! This should be on everyone’s “to do” list!

Zachary was our tour guide, and he was amazing! He was very informative and had a wonderful personality. We felt well educated by the end of our tour. The staff and service at the Hollywood Room were outstanding! The drinks were delicious and artistic. They made us feel welcome and comfortable to be there. Zack, our host/guide was great. We learned so much about the distilling process and how the barrels factor in the alcohol-making process. The tasting was great. Zack is super personable and funny, which made it all the more fun. They create many traditional alcohols, but also have some unique creations. We even had one that tasted like a Christmas tree. We'd definitely do this again.
