I absolutly loved this class. ALL the teachers are AMAZING!!! They are all very involved, making sure everyone is doing the workouts correctly so they don't injure themselves. I was so bummed when my time was up. It's hard to find a workout you actually enjoy. I just with it more affordable for the average income.
