I enjoyed the first class and looking forward to doing more classes. Felt very comfortable being new to this type of workout the instructor made it less uncomfortable for me as she helped me out with my posture. Definitely going to continue going !!!

If you do the platform class, bring a towel! Make sure to bring water too !

If you tend to sweat bring a hand towel, definitely bring a water bottle, make sure to have a pair of socks with sticky bottoms, if not they do sell them there. Lastly be ready to see results fast, because you will.

Arrive early to fill out forms. You need socks with grips for their classes, they are available to purchase at the studio.
