Gordon Robison’s small-town upbringing in Tennessee, along with his passion for preparing young women for Teen and Miss USA pageants, led him to create Gordon & Co. Salon, a spa that features high-end treatments in an inclusive, down-home atmosphere. In addition to treating scalps with Pravana coloring products and Aquage styling balms, Gordon's affable staffers perform body treatments and massages. Scrubs incorporate coffee or honey and almond scents, and spray tans leave skin looking sun-kissed without the painful radioactive lip marks. I was disappointed in my service. I waited 25 minutes for my appointment to begin and an additional 10 minutes waiting for my therapist to begin my massage. My massage was cut 10 minutes short despite the fact that I was early for my appointment and was the first appointment of the therapist's day. The massage technique was inconsistent and rushed. I purchased a hot stone massage and a rock was dropped on my head during the massage with a hollow apologie. Overall the service I received was unprofessional and would not recommend it to others.
