Koko Fit Club is exactly what I have been looking for. I can go when I want, I'm there for less than 1 hour, and best of all, the workout is tailored to my level of fitness. I no longer have to guess what exercise to do or how much weight to use and I do not need to pay extra for a personal trainer to do it.

Koko FitClub has changed my outlook of getting healthy and fit. It is a great program for those who are too busy to work out 2 hours a day. I highly recommend this program and have seen results in less than 4 sessions.

It's a very interesting concept/idea that has been well thought out: fitness automated. The hard work is already done for you which is the exercises you have to accomplish on your visit. It's not always staffed, but they do give you an access key for after hours and they are helpful when the staff is there. Added value now is that they will help with nutrition starting in February. I'm glad I'm sticking with it. The drawback is the price. They do have a rather high monthly fee and sign up fees.
