We were thrown in, no consultation, no direction, no coaching. I have a knee injury and the trainer not only did not provide modifications, but kept pushing me to squat and lunge which is very painful on my knees. He did not care nor take anytime to teach form.

The owner is rude and not people friendly at all. No personalitity. Would have liked a refund. Only attended one class. The other trainers were nice ad helpful and friendly. Would not recommend the place to anyone because of the owner.
