I just wish I would have known that the tools there are refurbished and not new.

Interesting place, a lot of good deals, but most is refurbished, I've had bad experiences with refurbished. They do have blemished items, these are because either the item has a blemish, scratch, or the box is damaged. The full warranty is honored on blemished, but on refurbished you only get 1 year.

The tools were priced reasonably, and the staff were very helpful and attentive.

He provided outstanding customer service and, because of this, I recommended your store to two of my friends who have already visited your store this weekend, made purchases, and had the same excellent experience that I did.
