I only went once. I found this program to be incredibly unsafe. There is little time between sets to get yourself probably ready, treadmills are left on in between and you are expected to jump on while it's active. No attention to safety. The girl leading the class just read from her cards and shouted instructions. I left a message for them telling them what I thought and never heard back.
