Supportive environment and very spacious too! Many different classes are offered that cater to what you need. The staff was knowledgable and assisting. It was my first time practicing in a studio so I didn't know exactly what classes to take. I tried Cassie's Beginner and Align & Refine classes, Anusara with Kelly, and Joe's AcroYoga class. Each class was excellent and just what I needed at the time I took the class! Acro was so much fun!

Everyone who works there is very friendly calm and peaceful. The building is great studio space. Loved my teacher and my yoga class!
