Be sure to hydrate before going paddle boarding, take water with you, don't forget sunscreen. It's a fun time.

Dress like for the beach, but add shorts and a tshirt. Don't worry about a camera or cell-phone, they take really nice pictures of you and your group and then you can download from their facebook page. Super nice people!

We had a great time! They make it very easy for kids and beginners. It was a fun and relaxing trip on the Intercoastal, and we got to see a few manatee and lots of dolphins!
