The location is inconvenient, walking there (usually running late) is half of the exercise for me.

Nice that workouts varied every session - no monotony. Would've loved to continue but new location is just that much harder to get to for me resulting in too much commute time.

J. Ellis Jones is a very good trainer - he pushes you but in a good way. Very well mannered and accommodating. I definitely recommend his services.

This place is great. I felt the workout right away. I even saw results and I feel great withoit spending all day at the gym. I had worked with a few of the trainers and they're all motivating and know what they're doing.
