They don't have private rooms. You're in a bed with two other clients/beds next to you. Needless to say it's not all that relaxing but facial was effective and I left there with a clear skin.

The facial was great, and technicians were amazing! My face has never looked so polished and healthy. I highly recommend this spa!

Yes and No Yes- because the skin care specialist was able to pinpoint why certain areas of my face was so sensitive (rosacea) within 60 seconds of examining my face. I've been to several dermatologist all saying my problem was acne and though I do suffer from acne I knew something else was at play but the doctors took a look at me and stopped at acne never bothered to truly take a look to see what else could be the cause of my skin condition. I think because I am a woman of color doctors tend to assume rosacea is a "white" problem and they never think to check for it. So I was relieved to find out that what i had is in deed treatable and Im not doomed for life... No-okay so here is what I didnt like about the facial. It was really basic almost lazy. the skin care specialist spent most of the time out of the room. She cleansed, scrubbed, steamed left the room for 20 mins, came back popped a pimples or 2 then slapped on a mask and left the room for another 20 mins, came back wiped it off and said okay we're done. For the price I was expecting more like a nice face, neck and shoulder massage before the mask and during the face mask a hand 5 min hand massage followed by a moisturizing pack for the hands wrapped in a towel) etc. And i certainly dint expect her to leave the room for a total of 40 mins when the facial was only about 50 mins long. I dont know maybe it's me but I thought a facial was supposed to be a pampering experience and I certainly didn't feel pampered at all. It felt like I mostly laid there with my face covered and then it was over. Definitely not the soothing, pampered time I expected to receive. I wasn't even offered water when it was over but I definitely got the sales pitch...the one where they try to sell you a facial package to ensure you come back to spend more with them and purchase their products. It was definitely a no frills experience with a luxury price tag...not what I'm into.

No frills, but be prepared for serious pratical advice from the aesthetician who has a ton of experience and is generous with her knowledge.
