The woman who gave me a facial was both thorough and gentle. When I asked her for information about aspects of the facial, she responded with lots of good advice. When I wanted to silently enjoy the lovely sound of waves, she was quiet. The Skin Care Center was beautiful and calming. My only wish is that the facialist had given me a brief massage from my shoulders to my upper back, as has almost always been the case when I’ve had other facials.

The receptionist lady is very unpleasant (she might be the owner or running the place) Girl who did the facial was very nice.

I did not enjoy my visit. My facial was too fast and i no it should have been longer because I've had this service done before at another location. She didn't do it correctly either. When making my appointment the lady kept talking about a tip also when i got there she was still telling me about leaving a tip and i didn't appreciate that. She seems money hungry and i will not be returning

Manager was very pushy to schedule appointments at her best convenience. Staff didn’t have basic knowledge of skin seeing as though they over-exfoliated with machine and caused cystic flare up. No cooling mask after treatment. Would not recommend.
