About Repose Yoga Studio

Repose Yoga Studio has a little something for everyone. New to yoga? No problem. Try a basics class, where you'll learn proper alignment; practice sun salutations plus standing and seated poses; and engage the breath. More advanced students can boost endurance and strength in more physically challenging athletic yoga classes. Alternatively, in slow flow/yin, students blend an all-levels strengthening practice with deep, stretching exercises. And that's only a few of the class possibilities. The studio also hosts special classes and workshops, such as a Firecracker Flow class to celebrate the Fourth of July.
