Purchased the deal for my mom and she loves her new look!
Took forever to get an appointment, and had an hour wait each time I went- no matter what day... I lost my package as they had no dates for over a month, still redeemed the amount I paid and they were helpful when I was in person.
This Spa/Salon is not a place I would return to or recommend. I've worked in the Spa industry before so I know first hand what to expect. First off, there was no consultation and they didn't get me to fill out any medical/health forms before the facial appointment which is very necessary for body treatments (in case of allergies etc.). Secondly, the appt. was for a Basic Facial and Micro treatment which would normally runs close to an hour or so long and the treatment lasted 15 min. This was a waste of my time and money.
Don't overbook clients and keep people waiting. It won't keep new clients returning.
The owner called me horrible names, screamed at me, kept charging me more, wouldn't let me talk and told me to get out of her salon. SHE KICKED ME OUT. The way she treated me was disgusting, no one has EVER talked to me like that. Even after the screaming, I was prepared to have my hair done with the outrageously high price, but she kicked me out. I didn't say or do anything wrong. She has to get herself checked. Before me, a costumer went storming out because they messed up her lowlights and the owner wouldn't stop screaming. My experience with this salon is horrible.

I paid for one hour facial with microdermabrasion but procedure took just 15-20 min and then lady offers the mask to reduce redness for extra 25$. I said that I paid for facial and microdermabrasion and it should be one hour procedure. And she said No, Its only microdermabrasion session and if I would like to get the facial I need to pay . I paid for mask $25 because I could not go with red face .
