I will never go back. I was told I got more highlights (than normal) without asking me if I want ( I didn't want more because of the damage to my hair) and then charged 27$ more (instead of the 5$ advertised) for longer hair making the total 66$ instead of 39$ plus tax which is still a good deal for a haircut and partial highlights with the exception of the fact that I got out in the cold with my hair still damp/not much styled and did not get subtle highlights as I asked for ( but contrasting ones) and the trim did not have enough layers as my haircut before.

I got a Brazilian wax. She didn't seem that experienced, was the longest wax I've ever had and I kept telling her the wax was way too hot.

Hair stylist is OK, but mani pedi is really bad.

The hairdresser seemed to be in a bad mood and I feel that she did not complete her duties well
