I've only been to one class so far but I liked it. I've been doing mostly hot "power" yoga for the past few years and I've been looking to change to an unheated studio. Down Under offers both as well as Iyengar and some other things. The class I took was a 1 1/2hr unheated flow class which is a little longer than what I usually do but the pace was a little slower and they took more time to fine tune the poses. I plan to continue.

Please work on the check in process so members that signed up online can just swipe in without having to wait in long line...sometimes out the front door :(
