There is a feeling of love in this studio. Everyone is very curtious. They make me feel welcome and they are helpful. They show me modifications to prevent injury. I highly recommend this place.

All of the instructors have so much experience! They are all masters of their craft, and I'm so glad that this is the studio that I chose to begin my Yoga journey.

This is NOT a good studio for beginners. I've been practicing yoga for 2 years and have taken 3 of the level 1- intro to ashtanga classes at this studio. Even at my experience level, I was lost in class and noticed that the poses were way beyond a beginner's ability. One teacher pushed me further into a pose than I was comfortable going and yanked my shoulder so hard it hurt for a week.
