Loving the classes! Both instructors Lindsey and Sandra are very good. It had been a while for me and loving the challenge! I would definitely recommend this facility!

We love it, the facility is very nice and Karen the instructor is great. She combines challenging poses with easier substitutions for both beginners and experienced clients.

I am doing the boot camp classes and they are great! Lindsey is great at pushing and motivating! Really great, no judgement whatsoever from anyone.

I love Fusion! The employees are super friendly, the teachers are instructive and patient, and the clientele is really supportive of each other. I think I found my new favorite yoga and barre studio!
