I just went to a few lessons but the staff is really nice and competent. There is a variety of lessons, I tried a few, found them very engaging and effective.

Conan's Academy offers great workouts for any age or fitness level. Conan and his staff teach proper techniques and modify exercises for levels of fitness or injuries.

I love Conan's!! The instructors are so patient and helpful and tough (in a good way) all at the same time. The workout is amazing and will get you into shape in no time!!!

Great instructor and experience to work with Scott "Conan" himself. I was completely new to kickboxing and joined the class. Very fast paced but everyone is patient and friendly. I recommend to anyone looking to get in shape and see fast results for sure. Good luck!

Conan is very easy to work with. Unlike a lot of martial arts teacher, he is very humble. He also will work around your injuries.
