She was polite, inquired what I wanted, offered her opinion and advise, delivered a fresh modern and complimentary hairstyle. Much better than I had expected or could have requested. Her artistic flair produced a style that I couldn't envision myself in a relatively short time. I am very hard to please and resistant to change (hair wise) it was similar to my old style but with alot more umph and modern style. Very complimentary and younger look. It perked up my spirits.
