Never redeemed or used. What year? I have severe arthritis, inoperable AVL tear in left knee, plate, hinge and 9 pins in right knee, hit by a car in 2016, spinal, facet and joint degeneration, no cure, progressive and projected to worsen w time. MRI in July 2017, severe arthritis (it was being compared to MRI in 2015) 4 bulging discs, every level was further 1/11/201 shattered Right hip.
