Sylvia was such a pleasure to work with. After 3 sessions I can already notice a difference in my body and look forward to doing another 3. She not only transforms your body but she's very knowledgeable and counsels you on better ways to think and to manage yourself when it comes to your food intake and nutrition. I highly recommend her services!
