They showed me that my muffler had been damaged and the mechanic discussed my power steering pump going bad and was very nice. The woman at the front was also very nice and helpful.

Was able to drop my vehicle off for an oil change while going to the gym. They called to inform me of my need for an air filter. Upon my return after an hour, my vehicle was ready. I could have not been treated better!

I had the misfortune to listen and watch the staff deal with a customer with personal problems non related to their business. The lady at the desk was courteous and very patient with his demands and personal problems as he used her phone and continually questioned her advice and judgement on his vehicles needs. This told me Carolina muffler and brakes is professional beyond all standards.
