There is a fine line between offering an additional service (such as the air filter replacement) and a feeling by the customer that he is being taken. I watched his attempt to sell every customer in the place something he felt needed to be replaced. His attitude and often ,statement, was "you'll be back, or you'll be sorry." Since he insisted that I couldn't take the coupon to any other Midas Dealer listed on it once I had used a part of it--I do have to go back for the 2nd oil change.
