Loved it . Hot Pilate class was what I needed. Danny the instructor was easy to follow along with . Danny was positive and motivating. When class was over I felt so much better emotionally and physically compared to how I felt before class.

Took the Power Flow class with Cameron. I haven’t been to a yoga class in over a year. I appreciated all of his suggestions and his constant reminder not to rush. I will attend this class again.
