I felt like the facility itself was fairly dirty. I needed to change a diaper in the bathroom and the bathrooms were smelly and looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The way the waiting area is situated, I could hardly see my daughter at all during class. The waiting area is crowded with chairs with hardly any aisles. With a toddler in a stroller, it was miserable to try to wait in the waiting area. There is hardly any room in there, let alone for strollers. It is very crowded and feels claustrophobic.
