when i went to redeem my coupon i was told there was no way to scan the bar code on my phone. i had to forward the email to the manager on duty. our server nor the manager on duty did not know this program was in effect. the manger on duty told me that he emailed the coupon to the marketing department. they would honor it this time but might not be able to in the future. seems to be a miscommunication somewhere...
