Love the skating,love the music, love the place but every single worker from thay place has an attitude.they really forget is a family oriented place and have zero patience with kids.the food attendant is really mean and looks like tired of doing it. Even though the prices are not cheap I was willing to pay but she was not really happy to help. People from front office were really like upset about us asking questions.not to mention the desperation when I asked for a bandaid. The young men at the skate rental was mad ay the kids cause sizes wouldn't fit and insinuating my 14 year old was lying about a broken strap. I feel sorry that such an awesome place has such terrIble people.

The staff was very rude.... Did not acknowledge the bday person in any way. It seemed as though they did not want to work.
