Wonderful, relaxing studio. Eddie was wonderful! I highly recommend, as a beginner the class I took was a great introduction to yoga. He has classes for all levels and really knows his stuff. A very un-intimidating atmosphere. Def worth going!

Love the studio and the vibe of the place, its cozy and clean, and I got a great workout that was truly well balanced and focused on actually making a difference to the body instead of just simply going through the moves.
