It’s amazing, the instructor is so humble and helpful, she makes sure no one stayed behind. The environment is so peaceful and nonjudgmental regardless of the level your in. The please is meat and clean very beautiful and comforting. It was my very first day and this is definitely the beginning to my yogi journey. I recommended it 100%
