Small studio but very friendly and clean. The classes are small and you get a great input from the instructor who is very knowledgeable and helpful.

This small, intimate studio is just what I was looking for for a month’s stay in the area. Mark’s gentle class was just the right balance of effort and ease. The schedule is great, with gentle yoga just about every day. I can’t wait to go back!

LOVE this place! Mark is a wonderful teacher, and the studio is intimate and welcoming. They are very good at tailoring classes to the level of the students attending.
