Hardest yoga class I’ve ever taken! Studio is beautiful and clean. I plan on finishing the month and signing up. Karen is in amazing shape....great motivation for me to keep coming!

The space is really nice and clean. I felt immediately relaxed when I walked in. The classes I've taken have all been very good instructors for me as an intermediate yogi.

Everyone at PBY is amazing. It is clean, serene, and the variety of classes is wonderful. I feel comfortable and welcome every time I walk in the door and look forward to trying new classes and new teachers out.

Wow. These folks r good! I took an "all levels" class today--first yoga class in years and I'm definitely a beginner. Instructor was helpful, giving the class different difficulty options and explaining what the movement did. There were some very experienced practitioners but I just did as much as I could. Beautiful clean studio. Looking forward to going back.

The staff was very friendly, the studio is clean, calming, and welcoming. The instructor was perceptive, helpful and informative. Great class!
