my friend and I bought the 5 classes in hopes to make Cerizzi apart of our weekly workout routine. We never recieved promised gloves for class so we had to use borrowed gloves that have clearly never been cleaned. The bathroom was dirty. We were not told about bringing our own floor mat for abs and had to lay on the dirty rug..which caused my friend to break into hives. We are hoping to transfer out of the N. Reading location and give Cervizzi another chance in the Lynnfield location.
