Loved the equipment , Zumba classes and people. Felt that club was not flexible enough when I wanted to put membership on hold when I was going away on vacation. Felt like I was being dictated to when I was told to bring in my plane ticket and itinerary before my membership could be put on hold. I don't like someone telling me that if there was a curves where I was going. I personally would never go to a curves while I am on holidays I belonged to Curves because I felt it was flexible and not like other clubs that are more concerned with getting their monthly payment then what works best for their clients. Flexibility is key for me.
