Empower Yoga is amazing! Instructors are knowledgeable, passionate and supportive. Studio is lovely, clean, peaceful and respectful of students. One of the best places of have practiced at regardless ... yoga, pilates, jazzercise ... Julie, the owner, is gracious. Highly rewarding experience and highly recommend it!

I have been a student at Empower in the past and have done a few classes with Julie, and she is absolutely wonderful. I'm so glad to have the opportunity to go back again!

I have had some yoga experience before visiting their Hor Vinyasa class. It's a fast paced class, but even as beginner the class is easy to follow. Loved it!
