My yoga instructor is knowledgeable, gentle and friendly. She makes sure everyone understands the movements/poses and doesn't rush us. She has created a warm environment for our yoga class.

I really enjoyed the instructor. Sarah was wonderful. Suggestion: I wish the speakers didn't crackle while the music was being played and I also suggest that the lights could be on a dimmer instead of the bright florescent lighting at the entrance. Needs a more relaxing atmosphere.
