It was a wonderful experience. The service was fantastic. My daughter was so happy, the staff made her feel like the princess of the palace. I will return and will recommend them highly. :-)

IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. YOU CAN CHAT WITH A FRIEND IN A NICE ATMOSPHERE. THE WHOLE LUNCH MENU THAT CAME WITH MY PURCHASE WAS WONDERFUL! I BOUGHT A GIFT FOR MY FRIEND AND I AM GOING TO INSIST SHE TAKE ME!

For $40 it was a very poor value. The food was mediocre. There was one scone for a two person service and the waitress cut it in half at the table. Very disappointing

The quality of the food was poor. I have been to many tea houses in the area and this one doesn't measure up. My scone was burned, the High Tea was full of processed unimaginative junk food, the tea selection small and I'm afraid that while the service was excellent, I just couldn't bring myself to pay for anything at this establishment again.
