Great facility, amazing classes, at affordable prices. From the front desk staff and consistently warm welcome, to the very knowledge teachers and kind classmates, this oasis of calm and respect is a quiet, much-appreciated gem. I heartily recommend it!

From the moment I walked in the door and was warmly greeted, to the yoga class downstairs that had the best instruction, cueing, music, explanations, timing, variety EVER, I heartily recommend OC Fitness. Clean, quiet, warm, with great classes and equally great, knowledgeable professional instructors, at a great price, what’s not to like, I ask you?
