I am in the middle of my sessions. I have been impressed with how knowledgeable Sue is and how she has walked me though every step of the way. I also was impressed by getting actual data on my fat ratio etc and some other helpful hints. Very good experience. I do not find the space to be noisy in fact it feels good as you blend in. No one knows why you are there.
